Paris Latsis (born Paris Kasidokostas on 8 August 1979) is a Greek shipping heir and socialite. He is the grandson of Yiannis “John S.” Latsis. He is also the former boyfriend of American socialite Paris Hilton.

Latsis is the son of Marianna and Gregory Kasidokostas, a water-ski instructor.
